By completing your payment, you agree to the following:

Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive both your payment and the completed travel form.
Payment Options: You may pay a deposit or the full amount. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Currency: Payments are accepted in most currencies. Our system automatically converts the amount.
Changes & Cancellations: You may change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
Responsibility: Cultour Experiences is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third parties, but we will do our best to assist.
Travel Details: It is your responsibility to provide accurate travel information through the form we send after payment.
